Katherine is a third year student at Cornell University studying Fiber Science and Apparel Design concentrating in Fashion Design with minors in business  history and architecture.

On campus she is a research assistant in the Cornell Costume and Textile Collection, a Kuhlman Fibers Art scholar, the Design Coordinator for the Cornell Fashion Collective, the Graphic Content leader for Medium Design, and a Cornell Council for the Arts Grant recipient. Katherine has also been a nominee for both the 2017 and 2018 ITTA Award. 

 

She is pursing opportunities in the luxury RTW and couture sectors of the industry, specifically within women's design. Previously, she has interned with the design teams of Bibhu Mohapatra, Sandy Liang, and Anna Sui.

 

Katherine is extremely passionate in combining her interests in history, architecture, and fashion to expand, and redefine pre-conceived conceptions of what “fashion” is.
